CANCELLATION POLICY

♡ CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY: You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not cancel within that time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee and BANNED from booking. ♡ DEPOSITS: For all full sets, there is a $25 dollar deposit. Deposits will be applied to your final balance. All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!! ♡ LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period for being late to your appointment. After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. ♡ PAYMENT POLICY: We accept -cash -apple pay -Zelle -credit or debit card ♡ FILL POLICY: A fill requires at least 40%-50% of your lash extensions. If you have less than 40%-50% of lashes, you will need to pay for a full set. Anything past 3 weeks WILL be either foreign fill or a full set depending on the amount of lashes you have left. ♡ If you arrive with strip lash glue, cluster glue, or mascara on your lashes, there will be an additional $15 removal fee added to your service. ♡ DO’s: * Come with CLEAN lashes * Come picture ready ♡ DON’T: * Wear low buns or ponytails * Do not come wearing face moisturizer to your appointment ♡ REFUNDS * There are absolutely NO refunds ♡ RE-BOOKING * I will only allow you to rebook a full set ONCE, after that you will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. I will only allow you to rebook your fill ONCE, the second time you will have to pay an additional $15 in order to rebook your fill again.
